Terra Stoma is a small, one-person business operated entirely by Taylor Terrazas. Thank you for your patience as your handmade order is prepared with care! The standard time it takes to prepare your order is 5-7 business days and items are shipped or ready for pickup *after* that time. In many cases, orders are prepared sooner, but please plan for 5-7 business days.
Mail Carriers
All items are shipped via USPS and come with tracking information. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.
Local Pick-up
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and you will receive an email after this time, with thorough pickup instructions. All local orders are contactless and can be picked up any day or time that is convenient for you.
International Policy
International shipping is currently unavailable from us on our website, however we do ship Internationally through our Etsy shop.
