SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:

Terra Stoma is a small, one-person business operated entirely by Taylor Terrazas. Thank you for your patience as your handmade order is prepared with care! The standard time it takes to prepare your order is 5-7 business days and items are shipped or ready for pickup *after* that time. In many cases, orders are prepared sooner, but please plan for 5-7 business days. 

Mail Carriers:

All items are shipped via USPS and come with tracking information. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.

International Policy:

Shipping is available internationally, however you will be charged a flat rate of $18 for shipping & handling. You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Local Pick-up:

All local orders are contactless and can be picked up any day or time that is convenient for you. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and you will receive an email after this time, with thorough pickup instructions.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations:
I gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. Simply complete the Contact submission page, or send me an email at TerraStoma@gmail.com



Damaged product:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me via email at TerraStoma@gmail.com, or through the Contact submission page and I will be happy to replace & ship the item to you free of charge. 



Returns & Exchanges:
It is extremely important to me that you love your items! If there is something you feel could be improved upon,
I gladly welcome feedback.

However, due to the nature of these items I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. As a growing business your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
